Originally recorded at Perspective Sound and remixed at Blank Tape Studios, the record features Cliff Martinez, Dix Denney, and Greg Williams alongside Lunch’s commanding vocals and piano. Tracks B4 and B5 were recorded live at Jed's in New Orleans, LA on October 30, 1981.
