These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Disciplinary Records. Our site is operated by Disciplinary Records (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and by using it, you agree to follow these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Product Availability & Descriptions

All products are listed with accurate descriptions to the best of our ability. Availability may change without notice. Some items may ship from different fulfillment centers, and not all products are shipped together, especially vinyl records and collectibles like action figures. Separate shipping charges may apply.

Unofficial/bootleg vinyl records are clearly marked as “Unofficial.” These are not sanctioned by the original label or artist but are sourced from reputable sellers.

Orders & Payments

Orders are placed by selecting items and completing checkout. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), as well as Shop Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later options are available through Shop Pay Installments, subject to eligibility.

Once placed, orders may not be modified or canceled if they’ve already been processed or dispatched. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Preorders

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days, though this is not guaranteed. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they will be shipped together once all items are available. Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates from the point of dispatch and not from the time of order placement.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working toward offering international shipping in the future.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. For detailed return instructions, see our Refund Policy.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and supporting photos. We’ll do our best to resolve it, whether through replacement or refund, depending on item availability.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier and neighbors before contacting us. We rely on USPS tracking and cannot issue refunds or replacements unless a missing mail claim has been submitted and resolved through USPS.

Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Disciplinary Records is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to delays, shipping errors, or third-party services.
