Thank you for shopping with Disciplinary Records. Below you'll find details on how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days, though this timeframe is not guaranteed. Orders that include preorder items will ship as one fulfillment once all items are ready. We’ll make any longer lead times clear on the product pages.
Some products are stocked at additional fulfillment locations. When an order contains items from more than one location, checkout will automatically display multiple shipments, each with its own shipping cost and delivery timeframe. This ensures your order ships as efficiently as possible.
Fulfillment times from these additional locations are typically 1 business day to 72 hours, depending on their carrier schedules.
Shipping estimates shown at checkout reflect the transit time after dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info by the end of the day it was dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Time
We ship via USPS Media Mail (estimated 2–8 business days). Delivery times outside the contiguous U.S. may vary due to limited transportation options.
Delivery timeframes are estimates—not guarantees. Most packages arrive on time, but delays outside our control (like postal backlogs or severe weather) may occasionally happen.
Some items may ship from different fulfillment locations. For example, vinyl records and action figures ship separately, and additional shipping charges may apply at checkout.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, a refund will be issued only after the package arrives back at our warehouse and clears our return process. We cannot issue a refund before this is complete.
Lost Mail
If your package hasn’t updated on tracking for 15 business days or has been officially marked as “Dead Mail,” we can offer a refund or replacement. Until then, please follow up directly on the tracking page or with USPS.
Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
If your order shows as delivered but didn’t arrive:

First, verify your shipping address was entered correctly during checkout.

Then, contact your local post office or USPS carrier—they often have more insight than we do.

Check with neighbors or building managers who may have received it by mistake.

If it’s still missing, file a Missing Mail Search with USPS. We’re unable to take further action unless USPS declares the package lost.
